Please choose carefully as the face mask is a hygiene product. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
A replacement or refund will only be accepted if your order contained damaged or incorrect items, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase
The returned items must be unused in the original packaging
Please contact us first before posting your item for refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the returned item and whether a refund will be approved. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund in 10 working days, please first contact your bank to enquire due to the the potential processing delay. If you haven't deceived your refund after 15 working days, please contact us directly at email@example.com or Instagram.
Note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
